Pipework and Replacement
Old or corroded pipes replaced. Copper, plastic and push-fit depending on the system and what needs doing. Rerouting where layout changes or renovation work requires it.
Radiator Installation and Repair
New radiators fitted, existing ones bled, balanced or replaced. No gas connections. We work on the water side only. Common on renovation projects and where heating layout needs changing.
Kitchen and Bathroom Plumbing
Sink and waste installation, dishwasher connections, shower tray waste fitting. After a kitchen or bathroom refurbishment, we connect everything to the existing supply and make it watertight.

Site visit and diagnosis
We visit the property, inspect the issue and identify the cause. The £120 call-out fee covers this visit and the diagnosis. You get a fixed price for the repair before we start any work.

Repair on the same visit
We carry parts for the most common repairs on the van, so most jobs are completed the same day we visit. For larger jobs that require materials ordering, we agree a second date before we leave.

Job done and tested
Every repair is tested before we leave. We run the relevant system, check for any secondary issues and confirm the fix is holding before we go. No callouts for the same problem.

Is there a call-out fee?
Yes, £120 plus VAT. That covers visiting the property and diagnosing the issue. Work is then priced as a fixed fee per job, you know the total before we start.
How much does it cost to clear a blocked drain?
A standard blocked drain clear is £180 plus VAT. Most blockages are cleared on the first visit.
How much does a leaking tap cost to fix?
A leaking tap fix is £120 plus VAT, plus materials. We carry common parts on the van so most repairs are done in one visit.
Do you do gas or boiler work?
No. We handle water and drainage only: leaks, blocked drains, radiators, pipework and general plumbing repairs. For gas or boiler work you need a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Can you sort a blocked drain in a rented flat?
Yes. Blocked sinks, toilets and waste pipes are some of our most common call-outs. We carry the tools to clear most blockages on the first visit.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most standard repairs, a dripping tap, a blocked drain, a leaking pipe joint, are completed within one to two hours on the first visit. More complex jobs that require parts ordering are completed on a confirmed second visit.
Do you work on weekends?
