Property refurbishment in London

Full kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home refits. One trusted team handles everything from first strip-out to final coat.

What our property refurbishment service covers

A property that needs a full refresh, whether between tenancies, before a sale, or because it is simply time, needs a team that can handle the whole job without you having to coordinate five different trades. We do the full scope. One team, one quote, one point of contact.

Kitchen Refurbishment

Removal of old units, making-good of walls and floor, fitting of new units, worktops and splashback tiling. We coordinate plumbing connections and appliance installation. Supply and fit or fit-only if you've already sourced your kitchen.

Bathroom Refurbishment

Full strip-out of the existing suite, new fixtures, tiling, waterproofing and finishing. We coordinate all trades needed for a complete bathroom, plumbing, tiling and decoration in one booking.

Tiling and Surface Finishes

Floor and wall tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms. Large-format tiles, mosaic, natural stone and standard ceramic. We supply or fit-only depending on what you need.

Electrical and Lighting

New lighting schemes, socket relocations, consumer unit upgrades and smart home installs. Carried out by qualified electricians. We quote this as part of the overall refurbishment, not a separate booking.

Structural Making-Good

Partition walls, plastering, crack repairs and surface preparation before decoration starts. We don't start painting until the walls are right. It's what makes the finished job look like it was done properly.

Painting and Decoration

The final stage of any refurbishment. Walls, ceilings, woodwork and specialist finishes carried out by our decorating team. We don't leave a room half finished.

Light Handyman and Finishing

Door adjustments, shelf fitting, curtain rails, minor repairs and the jobs that fall between trades. If it needs doing to finish the job properly, we do it.

How our London property refurbishment works

  1. 1

    Initial site visit and assessment

We visit the property, walk through the scope and take measurements. We look at what structural work is needed before any finishes go in, and we note anything that might affect the timeline or cost.

  2. 2

    Written quote and sign-off

You receive a written fixed-price quote covering every stage of the work. No day rates, no hidden costs. Once you're happy, we agree a start date and order materials ahead of works beginning.

  3. 3

    Refurbishment works

Our team starts with strip-out and structural work, then trades follow in sequence, plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting. You receive updates throughout and can contact us directly with any questions.

  4. 4

    Final walkthrough and handover

We walk through every room with you before we consider the job done. Any snagging items are dealt with before we leave. The property is cleaned and ready to use.

Common property refurbishment questions

How much does a bathroom refurbishment cost?

A bathroom refurbishment with supply and fit ranges from £5,000 to £20,000 depending on the size and specification. Before any quote, we visit, take all measurements and go through exactly what you want, then the fixed price reflects the actual job.

How much does a kitchen refurbishment cost?

A kitchen refurbishment with supply and fit ranges from £7,000 to £25,000. Price depends on layout, unit specification and finishes. We always visit and discuss your ideas before quoting.

Do you offer a free site visit?

Always. Before we send any quote we visit the property, take all measurements and sit down with you to understand what you want. There is no obligation and no charge for the visit.

Do you handle everything or do I need to arrange other trades?

We handle the full scope in-house: demolition, structural making-good, tiling, painting, flooring and cleaning. For gas and electrical work that requires a certified specialist we coordinate with trusted partners so you deal with one point of contact.

How long does a kitchen refurbishment take?

A full kitchen refurbishment typically takes one to two weeks depending on the size and scope. Jobs that include structural work, replumbing or electrical changes take longer. We give you a realistic timeline in the quote, not an optimistic one.

How long does a bathroom refurbishment take?

A standard bathroom refurbishment takes five to eight days. Larger bathrooms, en-suites with bespoke tiling, or jobs that require pipework changes can take longer. We confirm the timeline before work starts.

Can I live in the property during a refurbishment?

For single-room refurbishments, a bathroom or a kitchen, yes, most clients stay in the property. For full-flat refurbishments, it is more disruptive and we would discuss what works best for you during the site visit.

Do you provide a written quote?

Yes. Every job gets a written fixed-price quote before work begins. No verbal estimates, no day rates, no surprises at the end. The price you agree is the price you pay.
