Who we are
Ferizi Property Services is a family-run business in the heart of London, built on over 15 years of hands-on experience in the trade. With a commitment to excellence and a deep-rooted passion for transforming spaces, we have become a trusted partner for local councils and letting agencies throughout the city.
Bujar Ferizi established Ferizi Property Services in September 2023, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the company, and his brother Ideal joined as Operations Manager. Their father works alongside them on site, which is where the standard gets set. When a job has the family name on it, it gets done properly.
What began as humble beginnings has grown into a well-respected enterprise covering all six trades in-house: painting, cleaning, plumbing, flooring, refurbishment and clearance. Our team has honed its skills across every kind of project, from residential homes to commercial spaces, so when you book a job you deal with one company, not five different contractors. We work with homeowners, landlords and letting agents across London — mostly on Victorian terraces and period conversions where the work takes experience to do right — and our knowledge of painting and cleaning techniques means every job is executed with precision and care.

Bujar has worked in property services across London for over a decade. He founded Ferizi Property Services on 4 September 2023 with a simple goal: do the job properly and treat people fairly.

Ideal keeps the day-to-day running. From scheduling jobs to quality-checking finished work, he makes sure every client gets the same standard regardless of the job size.

Painting, cleaning, plumbing, flooring, refurbishment and clearance are all handled in-house, so you book once instead of chasing five separate contractors.
Fixed price up front
We agree the price at the free site visit before any work starts, so the figure you sign off is the figure you pay.
£5 million insured
We carry £5 million of public liability insurance, which is why landlords and letting agents trust us with their properties.
We turn up when we say
We book a time, keep to it, work to the agreed scope, and leave the place tidy.
How we work
Every job starts with a free, no-obligation site visit. We look at the work, agree a fixed price up front, and that is the price you pay. We turn up when we say we will, work to the agreed scope, and leave the place clean. No surprise extras, no half-finished work.
We carry £5 million of public liability insurance and work Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Our plumbing is residential only, covering water and drains. We do not do gas work.
