What property services do you offer?
We cover painting and decorating, end-of-tenancy cleaning, residential plumbing (no gas), flooring, full property refurbishment and clearance. All six services are available across London.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. Ferizi Property Services carries £5 million public liability insurance for all the work we carry out. We are happy to share proof of insurance when you enquire.
Do you do gas or boiler work?
No. Our plumbing covers water and drainage only: leaks, blocked drains, radiators, pipework and general plumbing repairs. For gas or boiler work you need a Gas Safe registered engineer.
How do I get a quote?

Do you give fixed prices?
Yes. We quote a fixed price before any work starts. If something unexpected comes up mid-job, we tell you straight away and agree what to do before going further. No surprise invoices.
What areas of London do you cover?
We work across London. We are based in East London (E2) and regularly cover North London, Camden, Islington, Westminster, Battersea, Wandsworth, Hackney and beyond. Contact us with your postcode to confirm.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. A large part of our work is for landlords and letting agents. We understand property turnaround timelines and what the standard needs to be at check-out.
How much does end-of-tenancy cleaning cost in London?
Fixed prices plus VAT: studio £255, 1-bed £285, 2-bed £325, 3-bed £395, 4-bed £495. Add-ons include extra rooms, carpet cleaning (£100 per room) and balconies. We return free within 24 hours if the inventory clerk is not satisfied.
How much does a room repaint cost in London?
A single room, walls and ceiling including prep and materials, starts from £900. We work on fixed price only, no day rates. Price depends on the condition of the walls, so we always visit and quote before starting.
What are your payment terms?
For jobs under £10,000: 20% deposit to book, the rest on completion. For jobs over £10,000: 20% deposit before work begins, 30% during the job, 50% on completion.
